We the undersigned, hereby do agree: To abide by all the conditions, rules and regulations for vendors as set forth in the invitation to exhibit and related material. I have certificate of insurance for bodily injury and personal property and by no means will hold the organizers of WOPAS and their team responsible for any loss that I may occur. CANCELLATION CLAUSE: If we notify the event organizers of our cancellation in writing or by email no later than November 15th, we will be eligible to receive a 50% refund of all vendor fees.
